Nicholas Vavra, CPA, currently serves as Controller at Visu-Sewer, Inc. since September 2022. Previously, Vavra worked at CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen) from January 2013 to September 2022, where the role of Manager included providing a range of accounting and professional services tailored to privately held construction companies in the Midwest. This encompassed financial statement engagements, tax return preparation for entities and individuals, pre-qualification statements, and other consulting services. Prior to that, Vavra was a Senior Associate and Underwriting Analyst at Merchants Capital Resources from August 2011 to November 2012, focusing on processing equipment loans and leases and assisting with customer service and credit approvals. Vavra earned a degree in Finance and Accounting from Augsburg University, graduating in 2011.
