Lorraine Kelly

Lorraine Kelly currently serves as a Trustee at the Visual Arts Center of New Jersey as of November 2022. With extensive experience at ISS | Institutional Shareholder Services since June 2010, Lorraine holds the position of Global Head of Investment Stewardship Solutions, overseeing strategy for governance and ESG business lines, including proxy voting and corporate governance research. Previous roles at ISS include Head of Governance Workflow Solutions and Head of Proxy Business, where Lorraine led the global proxy business and developed client-focused solutions. Prior to ISS, Lorraine was Global Head of Sales at RiskMetrics Group from 2003 to 2010 and held the position of Head of US Governance Sales at CCH, part of Wolters Kluwer, from 1994 to 1996. Lorraine is also an alumna of the University of Mary Washington.
