Teja Surakshitha

Teja Surakshitha has worked in the technology industry since 2007. Teja began their career as a Software Engineer at Altair, where they worked on HyperForm development, Blank Fit Manager, Blank Optimizer, Trim Line Optimizer, and customizing and developing add on tools in HyperMesh, HyperGraph, HyperView and Altair Process Manager. In 2012, they moved to QuEST, where they were an Engineer and worked on NASTRAN run auto setup for 1G analysis in x,y,z directions & modal analysis, and developed a post processing tool that can plot various graphs for given input files. Later that year, they joined Tata Consultancy Services as a CAE Engineer / Application Programmer. In 2015, they moved to Cognizant/Microsoft as a DevOps CI Lead. In 2020, they joined Ford Motor Company as a Lead Technical Specialist. Currently, they are a Senior Manager, Pre & Post Sales at Visual Collaboration Technologies, Inc.

Teja Surakshitha earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani between 2003 and 2008. Teja then went on to earn a Master's degree in Economics from the same institution between 2008 and 2013.
