Shruti Mittal PMP®

Shruti Mittal PMP® has a diverse work experience in various roles within the technology and project management field. Shruti started their career as a Project Engineer at Wipro Technologies in 2011 and worked there until 2012. Shruti then joined Fraunhofer IESE as a Research Assistant in the field of IoT from 2013 to 2014.

In 2014, Shruti joined DXC Technology as a Senior Business Analyst and Project Manager, where they worked until 2017. During this time, they gained expertise in project and product management. Following this, they joined Ainak Oy as a Product and Project Analyst in Business Data Analytics, specializing in Augmented Reality, from May 2018 to October 2018.

Subsequently, they worked at CrossControl AB as a Verification and Validation Analyst from October 2018 to March 2020. Their role focused on product analysis and quality assurance. Shruti then joined Lionbridge as a Scrum Master for Artificial Intelligence Product from March 2020 to March 2021.

In September 2020, they joined the City of Tampere, where they became a Tampere Talent Ambassador, promoting talent acquisition initiatives. In 2021, they joined TELUS International as a Product Manager, AI, where they were involved in product planning and strategy.

Currently, Shruti is working at Visual Components as a Product Owner, starting in November 2022. Their work includes managing product development and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Throughout their career, Shruti has acquired diverse skills and knowledge in project management, product development, business analytics, and artificial intelligence. Their experience spans across various industries, contributing to their well-rounded expertise in the field.

Shruti Mittal PMP® began their education journey in 1994 at The Cambridge Schools, where they completed their high school education. Shruti then went on to pursue a Bachelor's of Engineering in Computer Science from Maharshi Dayanand University, from 2006 to 2010. Shruti furthered their education by completing a Master of Science (M.S.) in Information Technology from Kiel University, from 2012 to 2014.

In addition to their formal education, Shruti has obtained several certifications throughout their career. Shruti obtained the Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute in December 2016. Shruti also holds the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from Scrum Alliance, which they acquired in July 2020. Furthermore, they obtained the Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification from Scrum Alliance in May 2017. Shruti also expanded their knowledge in various fields through certifications such as Introduction to Containerisation from J&S MARITIME LTD in June 2022 and The OKR Cloud Academy from MURAKAMY in December 2022. Shruti has also completed courses such as Google Analytics for Beginners from Google, IBM Blockchain Essentials from IBM, Intermediate R Course from DataCamp, Microsoft Excel Basic and Advanced from GoSkills.com, and SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) ECC 6.0 from SAP, although the exact completion months and years for these courses are not provided.
