Richard Sternin

Richard Sternin has a diverse work experience in various roles related to recruitment and talent acquisition. Richard started their career as the Founder, Technical and Brand Evangelist at Work Evolved LLC, where they built and managed a successful staffing agency. Richard then worked as the Director of Talent at Sentient Technologies, responsible for global recruitment in various fields. Following this, Richard served as the Director, Technical Recruiting at LendingClub, where they led a team of recruiters and managed recruiting processes. Richard later joined Hearsay Systems as the Director of Recruiting, overseeing a team and streamlining the recruiting process. Richard then took on a role at EY as the Global Strategic Recruitment Leader, leading the buildout of the firm's AI research labs and securing talent for senior roles. Currently, Richard is working at Visual Concepts as the Director of Recruiting, where they continue to contribute to the video game industry.
