Frederick Deese

Frederick Deese is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in the technology and military sectors. As the Chief Executive Officer of Visual Connections, LLC since 2007, Frederick leads an award-winning IT consulting firm specializing in a range of services for federal, state, and commercial clients. Frederick has also served as a Solutions Architect at ViPS, where site design adhered to W3C and Section 508 guidelines, and worked as a BEA WebLogic Portal Administrator at the National Security Agency. Prior military experience includes roles as a Cryptologic Technician and Deck Seaman in the US Navy, focusing on encrypted communications and equipment maintenance. Frederick is also an Advisory Board Member at Bunker Labs, supporting veteran entrepreneurs. Education includes a high school diploma from Escambia County High School.
