Todd Worms

Todd Worms has a strong background in project management and customer service. Todd began their career as a Project Manager at Total Office Planning Services, Inc., where they led multiple office furniture installation projects and managed all aspects from quoting to billing.

Todd then joined Thomas, where they held various roles including Senior Project Manager and Senior Manager of Customer Implementation. In these positions, they were responsible for managing client service activities, developing customer web presence, and providing relevant reporting and support to sales management. Todd also played a key role in content gathering, design strategy, and ongoing maintenance.

Most recently, Todd worked at Visual Lease as a Manager of Support and Manager of Project Services. In these roles, they oversaw a dedicated support team and led project services for the company.
