Ben Evans

Ben Evans has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Ben began their career as the owner of Mobile Automotive, a company providing automotive maintenance and repair services. After selling the company, Ben joined BDR Express as a driver and later became the Branch Manager and Sales Representative. Ben then partnered with The Grout Guys, offering grout-related services, before selling the business. Ben's next venture was with Mid-Atlantic Delivery, where they served as President and successfully grew the company while implementing effective cost-reduction measures. Ben then founded Masslogics, developing a logistics management SaaS application for trucking companies. Following this, they worked at Decisiv, Inc. as a Presales Specialist and later as a Solutions Specialist, where they played a key role in implementing the Decisiv Platform for dealer groups. Ben's next role was as the Director of Operations/IT at Coat Defense, overseeing various operational processes and technology integration. Most recently, they worked as a Solutions Architect at ServiceTrade, and will join Visual Workforce as the Director of Customer Success starting in 2023.

Ben Evans attended VA Tech from 1988 to 1990, studying engineering.
