Caroline Laney, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a Talent Acquisition Partner at VisualDx since March 2023. Previously, Caroline was a Talent Acquisition Specialist at NetApp from November 2021 to February 2023, where responsibilities included full life cycle recruitment for the CloudCheckr business unit following its acquisition by NetApp in 2021. Prior to that, Caroline held the role of Human Resources Generalist at CloudCheckr from December 2019 to November 2021, managing recruitment, onboarding, off-boarding, and HRIS administration. Caroline's experience also includes positions as a Recruiting Coordinator at LeverPoint Management, LLC, a Recruiter at Tully Rinckey PLLC, and a Jr. Technical Recruiter at Global Network Recruiting. Caroline began a career in recruiting as an intern at Global Network Recruiting in 2012. Caroline holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from SUNY Brockport, earned in 2014.
