Christian de Heij has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. In 1997, they started their career at Albert Heijn, where they held positions such as Assistant Store Manager and Replenishment Operations to ensure optimal availability of products for customers. In 2005, they founded their own company, Heijpro v.o.f., which they managed until 2013.

In 2011, they joined Unilever as an Operational Planner and later took on roles as Mid-term Planner for the Ice Cream portfolio and Business Analyst in the Supply Chain Benelux team. In these roles, they were responsible for forecasting, planning, and improving supply chain capabilities.

Currently, Christian is working at Visualfabriq - AI Enhanced Revenue Management as a Product Director. Since 2018, they have been leading the development and enhancement of various modules, including Revenue, Trade Terms, Demand, and AI. Christian collaborates with Product Owners to create improved functionality that adds value to the company's platform and benefits customers.

From 2008 to 2011, Christian de Heij attended Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Logistics & Economics.
