Matt Maia has had multiple roles in various companies throughout their career. Matt started their career as a Customer Marketing Executive at Ferrero in October 2010. Matt later worked at Premier Foods as a Shopper Marketing Manager for Power Brands from October 2011 to January 2014. Matt then joined General Mills, where they held different roles, including Business Account Manager at Tesco, from January 2014 to October 2015. Matt then became the Head of Business Performance & Category Management, EMEA at Monster Energy, where they developed and delivered the European Category Management strategy. From October 2017 to January 2020, Matt worked as a Commercial & Category Consultant for both start-up businesses and blue-chip CPG organizations. Matt then joined Johnson & Johnson as the UK Customer Business Manager for Tesco, from January 2020 to April 2022. Currently, they are serving as the Global Customer Success Manager at Visualfabriq - AI Enhanced Revenue Management, starting from February 2023. Throughout their career, Matt has achieved various accomplishments, such as delivering high-profile product launches, leading funding campaigns, and receiving POPAI Award for campaign delivery.

From 2006 to 2009, Matt Maia attended the University of Lincoln, where they pursued a degree in Communication Design. Matt successfully completed their Bachelor of Arts (Honours) during this time.
