Stephen Vickery has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Stephen started their career in 1997 as a Store Operations Manager at Marks and Spencer. In 2006, they worked as part of the UK and Ireland sales and Marketing Information Systems team at Kraft Foods Group. During this time, they had sole responsibility for maintaining and developing the Oracle Discoverer System. In 2008, Stephen was recruited as a Database Developer for Kraft Foods Group, where they worked on designing and creating a bespoke Trade Promotion Management System. In 2010, they joined Mondelēz International as a System Analyst, contributing to the merger of Kraft Foods and Cadbury businesses. Stephen enhanced the Trade Promotion Management System for the integrated organization. Stephen then moved to AFS Technologies Inc. in 2013 as a Senior Trade Promotion Management Consultant, working on promoting Trade Promotion Management Systems in the EMEA region. From 2015 to 2021, they worked at Accenture as a Business and Systems Integration Manager, specializing in Trade Promotion Management for Consumer Goods & Services clients. Currently, Stephen works as a Developer at Visualfabriq - AI Enhanced Revenue Management, starting in 2021.

Stephen Vickery attended the University of Gloucestershire from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in E-Commerce and Information Systems. In addition, they obtained the Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) certification from Salesforce in June 2020, as well as the Salesforce Certified Community Cloud Consultant Certification in the same month and year.
