Mariusz Koziel

Mariusz Koziel is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in Ruby on Rails development and leadership. Mariusz is the Founder of Ruby Europe since September 2024 and has held various positions at Visuality, including Chief Executive Officer, Chief Technology Officer, Engineering Manager, Team Lead, and RoR Developer since August 2014. Additionally, Mariusz founded the Ruby Warsaw Community Conference in July 2023 and PLRUG - Ruby Warsaw Meetups in July 2022. Previous roles include RoR Developer positions at budikom.net and Polcode, and Software Engineer at Lionbridge Poland. Mariusz holds a Master's degree in IT-supported Management from WIT Academy and a Licentiate degree in Network and operational systems from Uczelnia Łazarskiego w Warszawie.
