Visually Impaired Preschool Services (VIPS) provides educational excellence to young children with visual impairments in order to build a strong foundation for reaching their highest potential. We have office locations in Louisville & Lexington, Kentucky along with an office in Indianapolis, Indiana. VIPS provides in-home, vision specific, early intervention across Indiana (birth to three) and Kentucky (birth to five) to children who are blind or visually impaired. We also serve in the state-of-the-art Kids Town Preschool located in Louisville and have a two-year old's group in the Lexington location. The Indianapolis office just completed our capital campaign to build a Family Resource Center where we engage with families in events and other programming. VIPS is the only nonprofit agency in Indiana and Kentucky providing these services to this extremely under-served population.
