Belinda Barnard

Belinda Barnard is an experienced professional in operations and contracts management, currently serving as the Local Government Contracts Manager for NSW & QLD at Visy since May 2019. Prior to this role, Belinda held positions as Senior Operations Consultant at Eureka Sustainability Group Pty Ltd (January 2014 - April 2019), Operations Director at both Sapphire Group Pty Ltd (June 2011 - December 2013) and Cactus Imaging (October 2006 - February 2011), and Operations Manager at Colourtrue Labels (December 1999 - July 2006). Belinda holds an MBA in General Management and International Marketing from the University of Technology Sydney (2001 - 2005) and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Western Sydney University (1996 - 1999). Education commenced at Danebank Anglican Girls School, completing studies there from 1990 to 1995.
