Tim Kausch

Tim Kausch currently serves as the Category Manager for the UK at Visy, a position held since May 2023 following the acquisition of Zenexus. Kausch gained extensive experience at Zenexus from November 2018 to May 2023, where roles included Category Manager, National Sales and Operations Manager, and National Sales Manager. Prior experience includes coordinating the launch of Bunnings' flagship store in Milton Keynes from February 2017 to November 2018, and multiple roles at Homebase between April 2014 and February 2017, including Assistant Manager and Department Manager. Early career positions included ski guiding, hotel maintenance at Stanford Skiing, and sales assistance and driving for Pizza Hut, starting in August 2006. Kausch holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology with Human Resource Management from the University of Derby.
