Joy Smith

Joy Smith began their work experience in 2005 as an Office Administrator at Gate Gourmet. In 2010, they worked as an HR Administrator at WAFFLEMEISTER LIMITED. Joy then moved on to Metropolis Studios in 2011, where they held the position of HR Manager until 2015. From 2015 to 2016, Joy worked as an HR Business Partner at Modern Times Group MTG Ltd. Joy'smost recent role was at Vita Coco, where they worked as the Head of HR, EMEA starting in 2016. In this role, they were responsible for managing the HR function for staff in the UK and across EMEA, focusing on creating an engaged and high-performing team and ensuring compliance with employment laws.

Joy Smith attended the University of the Arts London from 2002 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Interior Design for Retail Environments.
