Neus Gine

Neus Gine has an extensive work experience background. Starting in 2016, they worked as the Group CFO for MIDBAN, where they oversaw finance, HR, legal, and IT departments. In 2017, they moved on to become the Group CFO for ELIX, where they built the REIT from scratch and led the listing process to the MAB. Neus then took on the role of Group CEO for Next Point Socimi from 2020 to 2021. Neus also held various financial roles in companies such as Lodgify, Amenitiz, American Express, Monapart, and Metrix Partners. Currently, they are working as the Chief Financial Officer for Vita Group and is a Socia at WIRES, Women in Real Estate Spain.

Neus Gine completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Ciencias Economicas y Empresariales from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona. Neus pursued further education and obtained their Master of Business Administration degree in Finance and Strategy from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business.
