Ishmael Beckford

Ishmael is the EDI and sustainability director and member of the Board. He has a clinical background, qualifying as a Physiotherapist in 2006 and also holds a Diploma in Orthopaedic Medicine and Masters in Leadership and Management in Health.

Ishmael gained experience working as an occupational health physiotherapist for a number of years, alongside working in musculoskeletal private practice. He then progressed into management and leadership, fulfilling Clinic Manager, Head of Service and Operational Lead positions. In addition to this Ishmael is also a co-opted member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy Council and sits on the CSPs Education Awards Panel.
