Joseph Cooper is the current CEO at Vita Living. Joseph has a long history of working in the arts and cultural sector. Joseph previously worked as the President and CEO of Talento Bilingue de Houston from December 2002 to May 2006. There, they implemented a strategic business plan to transform the organization into a Latino Cultural Arts Center for Houston. Under their leadership, the budget increased from $243,000 to $789,000 in 18 months, the board increased from three members to twenty two members, and a full season of performances was introduced.

Since then, Joseph has continued to work in the arts and cultural sector, including as the CEO of Vita-Living, Inc. In their current role as CEO of Vita Living, Joseph is focused on continuing to provide high-quality arts and cultural programming for the Houston community.

Joseph Cooper attended Bentley University, where they obtained their BS in Marketing Management. Joseph then went on to The University of Texas at Austin to earn their MSSW in Social Work. Finally, they received their certification from the State of Texas in Licensed Master Social Worker.
