Sian Worthy

Sian Worthy is an experienced professional in building operations and retail management, currently serving as Head of Building Operations and previously holding roles as Regional Manager and Multi Site Manager at Vita Student since September 2018. Additionally, Sian has been a Residence Manager at Select Property since July 2016 and has an extensive background in retail with TOPSHOP TOPMAN, having held various managerial positions including Store Manager, Flagship Operations Manager, and Brand Manager from October 2011 to the present. Sian also had a brief role as Topshop Brand Manager at Selfridges in early 2013, demonstrating a strong ability to manage staffing, operational efficiency, and HR-related matters across multiple sites.
