James Peyer

James Peyer has over seven years of experience as an equity research analyst, with a focus on the biotechnology and healthcare industries. James began their career as an investment analyst at Merrill Lynch in 2014 before moving to Lazard as an M&A research analyst intern in 2012. In September 2015, they joined Brown Advisory as a principal.

Peyer has been a board member at Vita Therapeutics since October 2019.

James Peyer completed their undergraduate studies at Goucher College, where they earned a degree in Economics and Business Management with a concentration in Finance. James then went on to earn a Master's degree in Biotechnology from The Johns Hopkins University.
