Bon Koo has extensive experience in the food and health products sector, currently serving as a Strategic Projects Technologist at Vitaco Health Group since July 2023. Prior to this role, Bon Koo worked as a Technical Manager at Dairy Nutraceuticals Ltd for a brief period in 2023 and gained valuable experience in technical sales support at Caldic from March 2022 to March 2023. Bon Koo's career in product development began at Vitaco Health (NZ) Limited, where a significant tenure spanned from March 2014 to June 2021, alongside earlier experience in product development at EasiYo Products Ltd from January 2009 to June 2012. Academic credentials include a Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science and Technology from Massey University, obtained between 2004 and 2008.
