Ruth Baker

Ruth Baker is an experienced Human Resources professional with extensive expertise in both strategic and operational HR management. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Vitaco Health Group since July 2015, Ruth has successfully led HR initiatives across New Zealand and Australia. Prior to this role, Ruth held HR management positions at JR/Duty Free New Zealand, New Zealand Post, and Burger King New Zealand, among others, and has experience as a consultant and managing director in HR consultancy. Ruth's career spans over three decades, with a solid foundation in HR gained through roles at prominent organizations such as Telecom New Zealand and American Express. Ruth holds a Bachelor of Management Studies in Human Resources Management and Accounting from The University of Waikato.
