Valerie Chen

Valerie Chen is a seasoned professional in the food science and nutrition industry with experience spanning several roles. Currently serving as an NPD Technologist at Vitaco Health Group since October 2022, Valerie previously held multiple positions at Smartfoods Limited from July 2017 to October 2022, including Product Development Specialist and Market Development and Technical Support. Valerie's involvement in the food sector includes serving as President of the Society of Food Associated Disciplines from October 2015 to October 2016, and an early role as an Associate Analyst and Quality Control Intern at Hangzhou Youkang Food Co., Ltd.
