Carlos Cortes

Carlos Cortes has a diverse work experience starting in 2007 as a Campus Technology Specialist at Broward Community College. From there, they worked at Bass Underwriters as an IT Help Desk Technician and later as a Junior Systems Administrator. In 2016, they joined Spirit Airlines as a Technician and later became an Admin for IT EUT OCC Support. In 2017, Carlos joined Vitacost.com as an IT Operations Admin and eventually became an IT Operations Admin Jr. Most recently, they joined Kroger Technology as an Associate Infrastructure Engineer and is currently working as an Infrastructure Engineer.

Carlos Cortes completed their education at Broward College from 2005 to 2009, where they earned a degree in Network Administration. Prior to that, they attended the Escuela Colombiana de Ingeniería Julio Garavito from 1997 to 2004, where they obtained a degree in Electronics Engineering. Carlos also holds additional certifications from various institutions, including Microsoft's Azure Administrator Associate certification, A+, CCNA, CCNP, MCITP, and N+.
