James McPhail currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at VITAHUSTLE since March 2023. McPhail has held multiple roles at the Chicago Furniture Bank since July 2018, including Co-Founder, Executive Director, and Board Member, Chair of the Development Committee. Previous experience includes Director of Product and Operations at Upbeat Health from October 2022 to March 2023, and positions at Bain & Company from September 2019 to August 2022, progressing from Associate Consultant to Senior Associate Consultant. Additionally, McPhail had a brief stint as a Club Business Development extern for the NFL in early 2022 and worked as an analyst for Citi's M&A Group in 2017. Academic credentials include a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, International Studies, and Mandarin from The Wharton School, along with studies at Peking University and Beijing Language and Culture University, culminating in a High School Diploma from Rye Country Day School.
