Hallel Elnir currently serves as the Head of Multilateral Organizations and Partnerships at Vital Capital since December 2021. Prior to this role, Hallel worked in strategic consulting at Monitor Deloitte, addressing complex strategy issues for both private and public sector clients. Experience at the Inter-American Development Bank as a Smart Cities Consultant focused on innovation and digital development within urban planning. Hallel also managed urban development and renewable energy projects at AVIV AMCG, and led an impactful community development project with the Yanapuma Foundation, enhancing the quality of life for the Tsachila tribe in Ecuador. As an Urban and Regional Planner at GL Urban Systems Planning Ltd., Hallel contributed to public space design and policy development in Israel. Hallel was part of the Israeli delegation at the HABITAT III conference, and earlier experience includes marketing roles at PALRAM Industries. Hallel holds a Master’s Degree in International Development and Urban and Regional Planning from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem and a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Geography from Tel Aviv University.
