Andrés Marrelli is currently the Chief Marketing at VITAL CARD since 2021. Prior to this, they were the Head Of Digital Marketing, Analytics and Growth at Henkel from 2019 to 2021. From 2015 to 2019, they were the Director of Marketing Services and Business Development at Hairstory, where they were responsible for the company launch, portfolio management, product lifecycle and communication, revenue management, growth, CRM, and operations. Andrés was also responsible for brand internationalization and localization. From 2011 to 2015, they were the Director of Skincare, Parfums Christian Dior North America, where they developed and implemented the marketing skincare strategy for the North American market, driving innovation, motivating staff and ensuring brand consistency. From 2003 to 2011, they were the Market Planning & Strategy Manager, Latin American Division and Market Planning Manager, Latin American Division at Natura Cosmeticos, where they led a team of eight Senior Analysts responsible for the revenue management and planning and analysis of promotional strategies for six Latin American divisions. With them, they received the Best Performing Marketing Service Award for three consecutive years and highest evaluation feedback from Board of Directors.

Andrés Marrelli completed a Bachelor degree in Economics from Universidad del CEMA between 1998 and 2001. Andrés then went on to earn a Master of Business Administration from the MIT Sloan School of Management between 2009 and 2011, with a focus in Business Administration.
