Deborah Kuchera-Hill, MSN, RN, POPM has extensive experience in the healthcare industry. Deborah began their career in 2008 as the Vice President of Clinical Content at ZeOmega. In 2012, they moved to Highmark Inc. as a Client Relations and Clinical Content Writer. From 2013 to 2015, they served as a National Account Manager at Dane Street and then as a Clinical Consultant at Altruista Health from 2015 to 2016. Deborah then moved to UPMC Health Plan as a Clinical Informaticist from 2016 to 2018 and was Vice President of Product Management/Product Owner, Care Management at Medecision from 2018 to 2021. Currently, they are the Director of CM Product Management at Vital Data Technology, with overall accountability for product vision, roadmap, strategy, features, and application capabilities.
