Celeste Layden

Celeste Layden is a skilled counselor with extensive experience in mental health treatment, specializing in telehealth and group therapy. Since April 2024, Celeste has provided individual counseling at Freedom House, actively contributing to treatment planning and multidisciplinary meetings. Prior to this role, Celeste served as a Clinical Specialist III at Evolent, where responsibilities included telephonic counseling for terminally ill clients and facilitating family engagement. Experience as Counselor II at Gateway Foundation involved comprehensive assessments and individualized treatment planning, while earlier roles included teaching assistance and counseling internships.
