Steve Gramiak Ms, Lpc

Steve Gramiak, MS, LPC, currently serves as Clinical Manager at both Vital Decisions and Evolent since June 2017, where responsibilities include promoting staff morale, managing clinical operations, and fostering a positive work culture. Gramiak previously held the position of Clinical Supervisor at MCC Warwick Family Services from April 2008 to June 2017, overseeing daily operations, implementing evidence-based treatment, and enhancing patient outcomes. Earlier experience includes roles as a Family Based Therapist and Counselor, providing child-centered therapy, and as a School Counseling Intern at Jenkintown Grade School, offering counseling to students. Gramiak also contributed as Assistant Ice Hockey Coach at Bryn Athyn College of the New Church. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology from Holy Family University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Bryn Athyn College and Penn State Abington.
