Hope Villao, CMP has extensive work experience in supply chain and logistics. Hope is currently the Director of Customer Supply Chain at Vital Farms since 2022. Before that, they worked at The J.M. Smucker Company for several years in various roles, including Director of Customer Logistics, Senior Manager of Customer Logistics, Manager of Inventory Availability, Manager of Customer Logistics, and Lead Analyst & Team Leader. Prior to that, they worked as the Manager of Warehousing & Purchasing at Southeast Security Corporation. Throughout their career, Hope has demonstrated expertise in customer satisfaction, inventory management, process improvement, and team leadership.

Hope Villao, CMP completed their education with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Kent State University between 2002 and 2004. Hope also attended North Central State College in 2001 for Business Administration and Management, General. Additionally, Hope completed an Executive Education Program at Case Western University. Hope holds additional certifications in Problem Solving from McKinsey & Company in 2022 and as a Change Management Practitioner (CMP) from Prosci in 2018.
