Lisa Armand

Lisa Armand is an experienced professional with a diverse background in management and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as Crew Engagement Manager and Office Manager at Vital Farms since April 2017, Lisa has honed skills in team dynamics and operational efficiency. Previously, Lisa owned The Stitch Boutique from April 2010 to April 2017, successfully growing a client base to include large national businesses and local organizations for logo embroidery. Prior experiences include ownership of two Keva Juice franchises and working as a Custom Invitation Designer at Armand Designs. Early career roles include serving as a Training Captain at Karl Strauss Brewing Company, demonstrating strong leadership and training capabilities. Lisa holds education from Oklahoma State University and San Diego State University.
