Ruan Coenraad

Ruan Coenraad has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Ruan began their career as a Trainee Accountant at LDP Chartered accountants and Auditors Inc from January 2010 to December 2013, where they gained experience in engagement planning, audit execution, and research. Ruan then progressed to the role of Accounting Manager at the same company from January 2014 to November 2016, where they managed accounts processing and statutory returns.

In 2016, Ruan joined KLK Landbou as an Operational/Financial Manager, overseeing meat and related operations, abattoirs, and livestock. Ruan held this position until May 2018.

From June 2018 to July 2022, Ruan served as a Financial Manager at Southern Cross Marketing and Management Services, where they were responsible for the full financial function. Their duties included providing direction and control over financial activities, preparing financial statements, and presenting them to executive management.

Following this, Ruan worked at HOEKSTRA FRUIT FARMS as a Management Accountant from August 2022 to May 2023, before joining Vital Health Foods in June 2023 as a Special Projects Accountant.

Throughout their career, Ruan has demonstrated proficiency in financial management, accounting, and reporting. Ruan has shown a strong understanding of financial principles and possesses excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ruan Coenraad attended Humansdorp Secondary School from 2001 to 2005, where they focused on studies in accounting and business/management. After completing their secondary education, Ruan went on to pursue a Bachelor of Accounting Science degree in Accounting and Finance at Stellenbosch University from 2006 to 2009.
