Rachael Sowers

Rachael Sowers has a diverse work experience spanning over different industries. Rachael started their career as a Cost Accountant at J.R. Simplot Company in 2007, where they worked until 2008. Rachael then joined the same company again in 2008 as an Information Process Analyst and later transitioned to the role of Application Analyst. In 2014, they joined Unity Health as a GME Coordinator and eventually became the GME Manager, responsible for managing the residency department and its staff. Currently, Rachael is working at VITAL LINK EMS, where they hold the position of Manager of Finance & HR since 2022. Rachael is also set to assume the role of Chief Financial Officer starting in May 2023.

Rachael Sowers completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Journalism at the University of Central Arkansas from 2003 to 2007. Later, from 2008 to 2012, they pursued and successfully obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Arkansas State University.
