Javier Melendez is an accomplished professional with a strong background in engineering and management. As President of Vital Management and Engineering since 2007, Javier has demonstrated leadership and expertise in the field. Previously, Javier served as an Electrical Engineer at the United States Department of Defense from 1986 to 1998. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in System Engineering and a Master of Science in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management, both from The Johns Hopkins University, along with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Universidad de Puerto Rico-Recinto Mayaguez.
