Lisa Riley

Lisa Riley serves as the Managing Director and CEO of Vital Metals since December 2022 and has held multiple independent director roles in various companies, including GFG Resources Inc. and Star Diamond Corp. since 2021 and 2020, respectively. Lisa has extensive experience in the mining industry, offering consultancy services focused on government and community relations in Latin America, particularly Argentina, since 2005. Previously, Lisa served as an independent director and chair of the board at Tribeca Resources and held several roles in equity sales and research at prominent financial institutions such as TD, RBC Capital Markets, and Lehman Brothers. Lisa holds a BA in English Literature from the University of Toronto - Victoria University.
