Steven Woolfenden

Steven Woolfenden currently serves as VP of Sustainability at Vital Metals since April 2023. From September 2021 to April 2023, Steven held the position of VP, Environment and Regulatory Affairs at Treasury Metals Inc. Prior experience includes VP Environment and Community Affairs at McEwen Mining Inc. and Director of Environment at IAMGOLD Corporation, where Steven provided senior oversight on environmental approvals and community engagement. Steven's career also encompasses roles at the Canadian Environmental Assessment Agency as Project Manager and Fisheries and Oceans Canada as Fish Habitat Biologist/Inspector. Educational credentials include a B.Sc. (Hons) in Aquatic Ecology, Fisheries, and Animal Behavior from the University of Guelph.
