Terry Bradley

Ms. Bradley currently serves as Controller, Corporate Secretary, and Treasurer of Vital Motion, where she has executive responsibilities for people strategies, customer service, and support programs and administration. Ms. Bradley also serves as Managing Director of the management consulting firm Keystones Global, LLC, where she is a colleague of Vital Motion’s CEO and Corporate Counsel, David Lovenheim.

Ms. Bradley has over a decade of experience as a Human Resources Executive and has served technology companies as V.P. of Human Resources, and V.P. of Administration. She has served as Controller and as Secretary-Treasurer, product manager, and in other positions for Keystones Global client firms and for past employers. She has assisted several client firms in financial and personnel planning and forecasting and with the preparation of investor presentations. She returned to higher education after 20 years of work experience to earn her B.S. in Accounting; she graduated summa cum laude from Indiana Institute of Technology.
