Merrill Oestreich

Merrill Oestreich possesses extensive experience in tooling and facility management, currently serving as Tooling Manager at Vital Plastics, Inc. since February 2017. Prior roles include Tooling Manager and Facilities Manager at Bauer Welding & Metal Fabricators, Inc. in 2016, and Tooling/CNC Machining Manager at BERMO Inc. from 2011 to 2015, where responsibilities encompassed managing a tool room and overseeing manufacturing production with a significant number of direct reports. Merrill Oestreich also founded and operated Merrill's Tooling & Design, Inc. from 1990 to 2011, handling all aspects of business operations, including design and manufacturing of plastic injection and die cast tooling.
