Chad Coursey

Chad Coursey is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in operations and strategy across various sectors. Currently serving as Executive Vice President at Vital Records Control, Chad leads digital information governance and workflow automation services. Prior to this role, Chad held key positions at Behavioral Health Group, including Senior Vice President of Digital Services and Vice President of Operations, where responsibilities included managing Reference Lab operations and advocating for policy improvements. Chad's earlier experience includes serving as Director of Division Operations at National Veterinary Associates, overseeing a $71M P&L, and being a Regional Operations Director at DaVita Kidney Care. Additionally, Chad contributed as a board member for RuckPack - Combat Nutrition. Chad holds a BS in Quantitative Economics from the United States Naval Academy and an MBA from The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School.
