Sarah Bernhardt Prom is the Senior Director of Clinical Services at VITAL WorkLife, Inc. Sarah has a background in conflict resolution, having worked as a Conflict Management Consultant at the UND Conflict Resolution Center. Prior to that, Sarah held positions at the Richard P. Stadter Psychiatric Center where Sarah was involved in program development and clinical supervision. Sarah holds a Master of Arts in Counseling from the University of North Dakota and has extensive experience in facilitating group therapy sessions for children, adolescents, and adults.
