Michael Franks

Michael Franks has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and responsibilities. Michael began their career at Boeing in 2012 as a Classified Security Officer. Later, they joined Accurate Background in 2015, where they held roles such as Compliance Review Specialist, Supervisor - Public Records, Business Systems Analyst, and Sr. Business Systems Analyst/Product Owner. During their time at Accurate Background, they led teams and oversaw the overhaul of internal systems, as well as the design and development of a new fulfillment platform. Currently, Michael is employed at VITAL4 as a Senior Product Development Manager and Director of Product Management, starting in 2021.
