Margherita Sgorbissa

Margherita Sgorbissa has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. Margherita is currently the Social Business Consultant and Founder of FairForce Consulting, providing strategic facilitation and business development services to impact founders and nonprofit CEOs. Margherita also holds the position of Corporate Strategy & Global Expansion Lead at Vitala Global Foundation, where they support organizational growth and oversees global expansion efforts. Additionally, they work as an Impact Entrepreneurship Mentor & Speaker at Migrapreneur and a Leadership & Entrepreneurship Mentor at the Marga Faulstich-Programm. In the past, Margherita has served as a Program Growth & Organizational Strategy Consultant at Virtual S*Exploration, a Leadership, Growth, Culture Strategy Lead at The Bloom, a Communications Specialist at Dr. Mega Consulting (DMC), and a Community Growth & Communication Specialist at Digital Arabia Network (DAN). Margherita has also worked as a Program Manager and People and Office Coordinator at Least Authority, as well as the Founder (Project and Community Manager) of Women Writing Berlin Lab.

Margherita Sgorbissa completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Intercultural Studies and Translations with a focus on French and German at the Università degli Studi di Udine from 2012 to 2015. Margherita then participated in a study abroad program at the University of Düsseldorf in 2015, focusing on Romanistik during that time. In 2018, they received a Master of Arts degree in Gender Studies from Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin. Additionally, they attended the Coppieters Foundation's Summer School in 2018, where they studied gender equality in changing Europe.
