Brent Done

Brent Done has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and industries. Brent most recently worked at Vitalant as the Manager - Training & Education, Document Control. Prior to that, they had a similar role at Sycamore Creek, LLC. From 2012 to 2019, Brent worked at Maricopa County as the Manager of Employee Development and Performance, where they were responsible for transforming the county's learning and performance strategies. Before that, they worked at Apria Healthcare in Learning and Development. Brent also gained significant experience at Intuit Inc as a Senior Leadership Development professional, where they collaborated with leaders across the organization to align development initiatives with business objectives. Additionally, Brent has held leadership positions at Lindon Spring Farms, Inc, CyberPath, Inc, Novell, Inc, and WordPerfect Corporation, where they successfully led teams and implemented effective training programs.
