Garci Moreno

Garci Moreno's work experience begins with their current role as an Information Systems Compliance Manager at Vitalant, where they have been working since March 2021. Prior to that, Garci worked at Experis as an Information Systems Compliance Specialist from August 2019 to February 2021. In this role, they supported the operational IT group and compliance team at Vitalant, conducting document, testing, and compliance reviews.

Before their time at Experis, Garci worked at SQA Services, Inc. as a Senior Quality Professional from November 2018 to July 2019. They were responsible for performing complaint intake for medical device firm Merz, providing solutions and routing calls to appropriate departments to decrease returned goods and incoming complaints.

In 2017, Garci worked for Validant as an Apheresis / Infusion Center Site Qualification SME, performing apheresis site qualification audits and ensuring quality measures were met across sites as part of a consulting project for Kite Pharma.

In 2016, they worked at Validant as a Quality Consultant, conducting complaint investigations and root-cause analysis for BPL Plasma, coaching staff writers on continuous improvement, and assessing donor safety and product efficacy across 34 plasma collection centers.

Garci's work experience also includes various roles at Grifols from 2005 to 2016. They served as a Regional Quality Manager, supporting compliance and audits and managing errors using the TrackWise system. They also worked as a New Center Development Lead, opening new centers and overseeing equipment intake and validation. Additionally, Garci served as a Regional Director of Operations, supporting plasma-collection goals for multiple sites, and as an Audit Manager, planning site compliance audits and encouraging collaboration between corporate HQ and sites.

Garci Moreno attended the University of Phoenix and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. In addition to their degree, Garci also obtained certifications in Certified Quality Improvement Associate (CQIA) from the American Society for Quality (ASQ) in December 2013, and CGMP & QSR Trainer Certification from SKILLS PLUS LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT LTD in May 2013.
