Jill Minard

Jill Minard's work experience includes a role as Senior Manager, Donor Care at Vitalant since 2016. In this position, they are responsible for ensuring compliance with organizational policies, managing multiple locations, leading high-performance teams, and driving additional revenue through a double red conversion program. Prior to their current role, Jill worked at Bonfils Blood Center as a Manager from 2005 to 2016. During their time there, they successfully led operations for Colorado's largest blood drive, maintained regulatory compliance, managed a departmental budget, and consistently sought ways to improve efficiency.

Jill Minard obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Behavioral Science from Metropolitan State University of Denver. In terms of additional certifications, they earned a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification from SSD Global Solutions in March 2013. Additionally, they obtained a certificate in Project Management Skills for Leaders from LinkedIn in February 2022.
