Susanta S. has a comprehensive work experience spanning over 20 years. Susanta began their career as an IT Systems Consultant at Royal Bank of Scotland Business, where they worked on various projects involving system analysis, coding, testing, and production support. Susanta then joined Fidelity Investments-Fidelity Capital Market Technology Group as an IT Systems Consultant, where they were involved in a re-engineering project for the MDS system, redesigning the data architecture and enhancing system functionality.

Susanta then moved on to State Farm Insurance as an IT Systems Consultant, working on the Enterprise ECS program and developing use cases, creating UIs, and providing data support for various projects. At Utica National Insurance Group, they served as an IT Systems Consultant and Project Manager, coordinating between the business and IT departments and providing 24x7 production support.
