VitalCare serves as the first for your healthcare needs by providing continuity, coordination, and navigation through a fragmented health system. This helps us foster your confidence and enables us to be more effective advocates on your behalf. VitalCare is available for sick visits, regular follow ups, minor surgical procedures, and physicals. We offer rapid diagnostic tests for early disease recognition in the convenience and comfort of our office. We believe in providing all these services in one place and so we may have long term familiarity of health history. In addition, we serve as a central resource for advice and referrals for all other specialty healthcare services.
